 Toronto, Ontario, Canada - The grace, beauty & sensuality of the female form are what Toronto photographers Teri & Doug Champigny attempt to capture and showcase in their glamour photography, lingerie photography, fitness photography and artistic nude photography. "At the end of the day," says Teri "if the images are pleasing to the eye and make the models feel good about themselves, feel sexy, then we've succeeded." Fashion photography, by contrast, must be styled to best show the cut, fit and design of the clothing. The choice and direction of the models is still very important, however. "The goal" says Doug "is to create an image that women want to emulate, that spurs them to buy the fashions involved." One aspect of their photography the pair say they really enjoy is working with bodybuilders, fitness competitors & physique models. "These athletes have worked damn hard to get where they are, and the challenge for us is to capture every nuance of the body they've sculpted. Our work in this area includes bodybuilding photography, fitness model photography, and shooting the top physique models - and an increasing number of events such as FAME, the Ontario Bodybuilding Championships, MuscleMania Championships & the Fitness Canada Championships."
